FACILITIES

Nature Play
With the generosity of our community, Fairview Park Primary was able to fundraise for the design and development of a nature play area, play pod and colourful mural.   Students engage with the natural elements and surroundings, including:
  • loose parts
  • a water pump and ‘dam’
  • a large sandpit
  • building of cubbies
Nature play encourages children to explore and interact with the natural world and invent new play experiences. This form of play fosters opportunities for creativity, imagination, social connections and a wide range of abilities.
Play and Sporting Facilities
Fairview Park Primary is fortunate to have large areas for students to play and socialise including:
  • Gymnasium
  • Basketball court
  • Soccer pitch
  • Football oval
  • Cricket pitch and nets
  • Large hard play areas including handball courts and targets
  • 2 playgrounds
Resource Centre
The facilities include an updated ‘Resource Centre’, which currently has a teacher librarian to assist students with borrowing, inquiry learning and accessing the technology hub.
Students and parents are able to borrow at the start and end of selected school days:
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
  • 8:30am - 8:50am and after school until 3:20pm
